DESCRIPTION:Book an appointment to take an open house tour of the new\, Roots Learning Center coming to Port Orchard this fall! Appointments open mid-May for open house on Saturday\, May 30th and Saturday\, June 6th. \nWe serve students ages 6–11 through a thoughtfully integrated program that blends core academics with enrichment and life skills\, all in a small-group setting where children learn in the way that suits them best. \nMornings are focused on core academics—reading\, writing\, math\, science; taught through hands-on experiences and collaborative projects\, often outdoors. Afternoons are dedicated to enrichment and student-led exploration\, including arts\, maker projects\, social-emotional learning\, and practical life skills. Students choose their own inquiry-based projects\, guided by experienced educators who support growth rather than control it.
