Ecological Land Services (ELS) is marking a year of expansion and recognition at its Bremerton office, where staff members have received promotions and new team members have joined under the leadership of Senior Professional Wetland Scientist Joanne Bartlett.

Bartlett, a longtime Kitsap County resident, oversees a team that provides wetland delineations, shoreline permitting, habitat assessments, and mitigation planning for public and private clients.

Several employees were promoted this year in recognition of their contributions. Brenda Ruddick advanced to Professional Biologist, bringing nearly two decades of experience in wetland and marine ecosystems and expertise in native plant communities. Megan Mill was promoted to Senior Biologist, while Emma Godin was elevated to Biologist III for her adaptability and strong project performance. On the graphics team, Chloe Bartlett advanced to Graphics Technician IV.

ELS also welcomed biologist JC Cleary, who has taken on project management responsibilities and brings recent experience from across Western Washington.

The firm provides environmental consulting and permitting services across the Pacific Northwest, with a focus on critical area permitting, mitigation planning, and regulatory coordination for residential, commercial, and public infrastructure projects.
